1. Services Provided

Vetera Novis provides professional Restoration/Consultancy/Advisory services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Fees and Payment

• Invoicing: Payment terms for services will be outlined in your specific Service Agreement or Invoice.

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or charge statutory interest on overdue accounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation:

• Please provide at least [24/48] hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of £35.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, reports, and digital content produced by Vetera Novis remain the intellectual property of Vetera Novis. You are granted a license to use these materials for your internal business purposes only.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Vetera Novis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
